Inferno opens up at the XWF Performance Center with a half-filled arena. Our camera pans around the fans before heading down to the ring where we see Josh Blade circling back and forth inside the ring. Suddenly “Voodoo Child” by Jimi Hendrix blasts across the arena. It’s the theme of The Union and our camera suddenly shifts backstage. We see a long black limo pull into the parking lot. The limo driver quickly steps out and opens the door. We see Jackson Bryant step out followed by Angel. We then see Scott Grayse get out of the limo and he looks to be in his wrestling gear. Finally we see Michael and Nikki Everett exit from the limo. The group begins to head towards the arena.

Michael Cole: Welcome everyone to XWF Inferno and it appears that The Union is taking their time tonight and Scott Grayse is making his way to the ring.

JBL: The Union does what they want, when they want. They don’t show up when you want them to. They show up when they want to.

Jerry Lawler: I just hope Scott Grayse is ready because it sure looks like Josh Blade is.

Michael Cole: It’s our first match of the night and we have a loaded card for you tonight. The final Inferno before Anarchy and two titles will be defended this evening.

JBL: Would you shut up Michael and look at the ring!

We see Scott Grayse now walk onto the entrance ramp and head down to ringside. The fans boo loudly as Grayse enters into the ring and tells the referee to back Josh Blade up. Grayse stretches in the corner and it looks like our first match is ready.

Scott Grayse Vs Josh Blade

The bell sounds and here we go for the first match of the night. The two tie up with each other and Josh Blade puts Scott Grayse into a headlock. Grayse is able to circle around and tries going for a german suplex. Blade locks the leg though and prevents the move. Josh with a couple elbows to the head of Grayse and then nails a few punches after that. Josh Blade goes for an irish whip into the ropes. Grayse charges back but Blade with a leapfrog over him. Grayse continues to run the ropes. He comes back around and this time Blade dops down as Grayse steps over him. Josh Blade back to his feet and this time delivers a dropkick as Grayse returns. Some quick action to start things off and both men showing their speed. Josh Blade picks Grayse up and delivers a hard chop to the chest. Grayse fires back with one of his own a long with a couple punches as he works Blade in the corner now and slows the pace of the match down a bit. Slowing the momentum that Josh Blade once had.

Michael Cole: It’s going to be important for Grayse to win tonight. He needs that momentum heading

JBL: The Union doesn’t need anything. They have every match under control. You know who needs to win tonight. Ashley and Sheena. They have their titles on the line. They have the pressure on them.

Meanwhile, Scott Grayse nails a belly to belly suplex and then nails a series of elbow drops on Blade. Josh crawls towards the rope and picks himself up. Grayse charges at him but Blade nails a hard elbow and backs Grayse up. Josh Blade charges after him now but Grayse trips him and slaps him across the back of the head. This only angers Josh who is quick to his feet. He swings for the fences with a hard punch but Grayse ducks and begins rolling Blade up for a pinfall attempt.

Pin: 1…………………………2……….

He only gets two and Blade is quick to return to his feet and clothesline Scott Grayse down, killing his offensive momentum and regaining control of the match. Josh Blade suplexes Grase down for a pinfall….

Pin: 1………………………………..2…………………

Two count once again and the fans cheer. Not because of the pinfall or kickout but because Loralie Blackwell has suddenly made her way onto the stage.

Jerry Lawler: What’s this all about?

Josh Blade goes to lift up Scott Grayse but Grayse delivers a poke in the eyes that blinds Blade for a second. This allow Grayse to nail him with a russian leg sweep as Grayse regains control of this match. Back to his feet and Blade gets a few hope spots in, but ultimately, Grayse cuts him off each time and remains in control of the offense. Scott Grayse punishes Josh a bit longer until after a punch exchange, Josh Blade manages to start making his comeback. Blade is picking up the pace in this match now, taking it to Grayse. The fight spills out to the floor where Josh beats up on Grayse a bit more. Just when it seems like Blade was in control, however, Grayse cuts him off on the floor and whips him into the barricade. Grayse sends Josh back into the ring as the fans boo. Grayse enters but as soon as he does he’s attacked by Josh Blade who gets back to his feet. Josh nails a few hard chops and then delivers a scoop slam. Josh begins to climb the top rope. He waits for Grayse to get up and Blade leaps with a double axe handle. Grayse moves out of the way and targets Blade. He goes for the Lights Out Superkick! but this time its Blade that ducks it and rolls up Grayse into a schoolboy….

MIchael Buffer: Your Winner of the Match by Pinfall….Josh Blade!

The referee calls for the bell and this match is over. Josh Blade quickly rolls out of the ring and gets out of there before Grayse can do anything. We see Scott Grayse pound the mat in frustration and then looks over towards the entrance ramp and notices Ms. Blackwell. Grayse looks confused as he watches Loralie eventually turn around and leave the stage.

Michael Cole: Whats that all about?

JBL: Perhaps she wants to be the newest member of The Union?

Jerry Lawler: Or perhaps she wants to fight them. I don’t know about you guys but Loralie Blackwell is one lady I wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of.

Michael Cole: An interesting start to Inferno and thats exactly what you can expect on the road to Anarchy. And guys, one of the exciting things about Anarchy this year is the new talent and fresh blood.

Jerry Lawler: You’re right about that Michael. We saw Scott Grayse and Loralie Blackwell already but there are so many new and exciting wrestlers that joined the company over the past few months.

Michael Cole: We will continue to highlight those talents tonight and at Anarchy. But right now we get a look at another one in Jason Thunder. He competes in action, up next…

Michael Buffer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. On his way to the ring first… Max Farrell!

“Coming Alive” by Dale Oliver begins to play as Max Farrell walks out onto the stage. He gets a strong reaction from the crowd as the fans cheer loudly for one of the big underdogs of XWF. He walks up the steel steps and enters the ring.

Michael Buffer: And his opponent, he hails from Los Angeles , California…. Black Heart, Jason Thunder!

Smoke everywhere and pyros burst. Then, Black Heart enters through the intro with a hoody on . Then stops , when the song verse or chorus starts he takes of the hoody and does bumps is chest. Then , he walks down the ramp and enters the ring. He goes up every corner . Then, lastly he stands in the center of the ring fierce and looks on.

Max Farrell Vs Jason Thunder

The bell rings and Max Farrell wastes no time grabbing Jason Thunder. Thunder elusively dodges the hold, and dropkicks Max back. Max is pushed into the turn buckle, chest first. Thunder quickly follows up with a splash, and Max falls down. The crowd cheers as Thunder gets to his feet and pumps them up.

Michael Cole: Thunder quick out of the gates! Momentum is a huge factor when it comes to any match

JBL: Momentum my ass Cole. You heard Max earlier this week. He said he wants a fight. When it comes down to it I think we’re going to get a good ol’ fashion brawl between these two.

As Max is making his way up, Thunder bounces off the ropes and gives Max a cross body dive. Max catches the lighter Thunder and begins to show off his strength. Thunder however, uses his speed to reverse Max’ mistake into a small package pin.

Pin: 1…………………………….2……

Max kicks out from the pin and quickly gets up. He runs full speed at Thunder while Thunder is on his knees. Max begins delivering clubs to the back of Thunder’s neck. Thunder clutches his neck and Max hooks on a headlock.

Jerry Lawler: See, Max is a fundamentally sound wrestler. He knows how to beat an opponent.

Michael Cole: Max is trying to make sure he doesn’t repeat past mistakes. He needs this win if he wants to be on the Anarchy card.

Jason Thunder pushes off of Max, sending him into the ropes. Max comes back and gives a stiff shoulder to Thunder, knocking him down. Max quickly springs off the ropes and prepares a leg drop to Thunder. Thunder rolls out of the way at the last moment and Max landed hard. Thunder gets up and delivers a dropkick to the face of the sitting Max. Thunder goes for the quick cover.

Pin: 1…………………………….

Max Farrell immediately kicks out. Thunder quickly runs to the turnbuckles as Max is slowly making his way to his feet. Thunder is already prepared to deliver his move. As Max turns around, Thunder jumps to give Max a cross body attack. Max sees the move, but is not quick enough to get out of the way. He takes the move and Thunder follows up with another pin.

Pin: 1…………………………………….2…………..

Michael Cole: Another near fall and somehow a kickout!

JBL: This match is everything we all expected it to be.

Max Farrell barely gets his shoulder up. Thunder grabs Max head and lifts him up. he kicks him in the stomach and delivers an X-Factor. The crowd cheers for Thunder as he lifts Max up. He puts him up onto his shoulders and this could be anything. Max quickly comes to the realization that Thunder is in control of the match. He uses his power to escape the move and then whips Thunder into the ropes. As he comes back, Max hits a belly to belly suplex. Thunder springs up quickly and charges full speed at Max who sidesteps Thunder and throws him over the ropes. Max turns around too early, as Thunder catches himself on the outside. He vaults back into the ring and Max turns around. He runs to Max, who lowers his head. Thunder puts on the brakes and sets Max up with a kick to the gut and a fast DDT.

JBL: Thunder has to be careful here. He’s climbing the top rope and thats a dangerous place to be.

As Thunder goes to climp up the turnbuckle.. , Max gets up fast, pushing him and causing Thunder to let go of the ropes. Thunder is thrown off the ropes and comes back to Max, who hits the hits The Criminal Justice!! He pulls Thunder’s leg over and holds him for the pin and the ref counts…

Michael Buffer: Your Winner of the Match by Pinfall…. Max Farrell!

Michael Cole: And a strong win from Max Farrell who said he needed it badly. He said if he wanted a chance to be on Anarchy he had to win this.

Jerry Lawler: And now we wait to find out if he impressed management enough to get that match.

Michael Cole: Also a tought break for Jason Thunder who looked in control for much of the match. He feel victim to the Crimain Justice at the end and it cost him.

JBL: He’ll need to learn, adjust, and improve from how tonight ended.

Michael Cole: We take a commercial break but more great action when we return. The United States champion is in action next…

:: COMMERCIAL BREAK ::

Michael Buffer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. On his way to the ring first, he hails from Chicago Illinois and weighed in tonight at two hundred and sixty pounds….. Vin Halsted!

A blue strobe light flickers over the white smoke as Halsted rises up from the floor to the rampway while standing with his head down and hand-in-hand in front of his body when the first chord of “Hail to the King” by Avenged Sevenfold begins to play. He, then, rages forward with his arms spread and a massive yell from his abdomen “Hail to the King” as the line “Hail to the King” crescendos over the arena sound system. The blue strobe light fades as a cascading golden waterfall of fireworks flows from the top of the entrance to the rampway behind him, he saunters forward with a cocky strut and smirk on his face. He jumps onto the middle of the apron in front of the ring, wipes his feet, and jumps over the ropes with ease. He climbs the nearest corner first to stand in front of the crowd to bask in his glory as he stretches his arms with his fists clenched as the refrain of “Hail to the King” plays over again.

Michael Buffer: And his opponent, he hails from London England. Accompanied to the ring by Ashley Blade. He is the United States Champion…. Daniel Slaine!

“99 Bottles” by Slaine plays next as Daniel Slaine comes out from the entrance way along with Ashley. The fans cheer loudly for two of their favorites as they walks down the ramp. Daniel has the look of intensity and focus in his eyes as he climbs into the ring and head toward his corner. Stretching and preparing for a fight.

Vin Halsted Vs Daniel Slaine

The bell sounds and here we go for what should be a great match. The two circle around the ring and lock up. Vin Halsted uses his strenght to push Slaine into the turnbuckle. He nails a few knees to the midsection and backs away. Daniel Slaine comes firing right back though with huge punches, one after the other. He tries for a clothline but Halsted ducks it. He grabs Slaine and locks him into the CTFO! in the middle of the ring.

JBL: He’s got the finisher locked in! Daniel Slaine is going to tap out.

Michael Cole: I don’t know if I’ve ever seen it locked in this early but Daniel Slaine looks to be in serious trouble and you don’t see that very often.

Daniel Slaine scratches and claws his way to the ropes and finally does so which forces Halsted to break the hold. Slaine rolls out of the ring and tries to recover. We see him grabbing his throat and coughing. Vin Halsted exits from the ring and grabs Slaine. He irish whips him into the barricade and Slaine lands hard. We then see Halsted grab the floor padding and rip it off. He exposes the concrete underneath and then grabs Slaine. Vin Halsted tries for a piledriver onto the concrete but Daniel is able to toss him over his head and escape. Slaine rolls into the ring to break up the referee’s count and then rolls back outside. Slaine grabs Halsted by the hair and tosses him into the announcer desk. We see Slaine ripping apart the desk and tossing things aside. Slaine grabs some of the wires from the monitors and wraps them around the neck of Halsted and begins choking him with them.

Michael Cole: Folks this isn’t a hardcore match but the fans seem to be allowing these wrestlers to do whatever they want.

Jerry Lawler: The ref might want to restore order soon or this could get ugly fast.

Daniel Slaine tosses Halsted back into the ring. Halsted is up though and nails a double axe handle on Slaine as he enters the ring. Vin Halsted nails Slaine with a suplex and then goes for a cover…

Pin: 1…………………………2………

Only a two count. Vin Halsted starting to work on the legs of Slaine now. Nailing a couple elbows on them and following that up with a diving knee drop on his legs. Halsted back up and grabbing Slaine for a figure-four. Great submission work by Halsted tonight as it’s killed any quickness that Slaine might have thought about bringing. Slaine tries to fight the pain but Halsted punches as the legs of Slaine to increase the pain. Slaine lifts his arm in the air and tries to reverse it. He’s about half way there when Halsted smartly releases the hold first. Slaine tries to get up but Halsted dives at his legs again and takes him off his feet. Vin Halsted picks up Slaine and irish whips him into the ropes. He tries for a spinebuster but Slaine holds on, grabbing his head and nailing him with a tornado DDT. Daniel Slaine gets up with a little bit of a limp. He climbs up onto the turnbuckle now and waits for Halsted to get up. As he does Slaine leaps off with a missle dropkick that sends him flying. Halsted picks himself up by the ropes and leans into the corner. Slaine runs at him and nails another dropkick in the corner and now Halstead if sitting down. Slaine rushes at him once more and this time with a giant knee to the head. Slaine drags Halsted into the middle of the ring and covers him….

Pin: 1……………………………2………………..

Daniel Slaine gives of a grin as he rises back to his feet. He lifts up Halsted and nails him with an uppercut. He then sends Halsted to the ropes with an irish whip and when he comes back around he puts Halsted in a sleeper hold. Daniel Slaine applies the pressure, trying to put Vin Halsted to sleep as the referee checks on him. Halsted continues to fight though, getting in a couple of elbow shots and finally Slaine pushes him off and into the ropes again and this time Slaine nails Halsted with a big spear. Daniel Slaine grabs Vin and drags him over to the turnbuckle. Choking him now with his boot on the bottom turnbuckle before finally releasing at the 4 count of the referee. Daniel Slaine then lifts Halsted up and sets him on the top turnbuckle. Slaine follows and after a couple of head shots, he tries going for a superplex. Halsted holds onto the ropes though and eventually pushes Slaine off. Halsted drops down and nails Slaine with a kick to the midsection. He follows it up with a pedigree type move and covers…

Pin: 1…………………………………..2……………………….

NO! A kickout at two and Vin Halsted wants to make sure it was just two. He picks Slaine up again. Trying for another pedigree but this time Slaine flips him over his head. Both men back to their feet and Daniel Slaine hits a couple of clothlines in a row. He tries going for a KTFO now but Halsted is able to wiggle his way free and pushes Slaine into the ropes. Halsted picks up Daniel Slaine and nails him with a spinebuster. Halstead climbs the top rope now and going for the Halsted Hangover perhaps? We won’t find the answer out though as Slaine gets up and knocks Halsted from his balance. Both men exhausted as Slaine tries climbing the turnbuckle. Halsted with a few punches and sends Slaine backwards. Halsted leaps off the turnbuckle but Slaine catches him mid-air and has him on his shoulders. Daniel Slaine with the KTFO! and covers him…

Jerry Lawler: That folks was a classic.

Michael Cole: Both men put it all on the line here tonight and Daniel Slaine did just a little bit more. He’ll look to keep that momentum running into Anarchy.

Alittle girls giggle is heard and then ” out of the darkness hells queen did call to pain and suffering she brought to them all away ran the children to hide in their beds in fear that the devil would chop off there heads. Michael Cole: He pulled out all the stops tonight and a heartbreaking loss for Triple X. He’s not laughing right now.

Jerry Lawler: Yeah but can you picture whats going through his head? He’s the kind of guy who gets excited about revenge and you already know that Rhodes and Angel are at the top of his list.

Michael Cole: Triple X will have plenty of chances to prove himself in XWF and I expect many bright things from him. But folks we need to shift gears because up next is a non title match that not too long ago was a title match. Its Sabrina Vs Justice once more…

Michael Buffer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. On her way to the ring first. She hails from Booklyn New York….. Sabrina Rossi!

“Left Behind” by Dale Oliver and Kenneth Nixon blasts throughout the arena as Sabrina Rossi starts to slowly walk out through the curtain. She walks down the ramp and she climbs up onto the apron and climbs into the ring as she prepares for her match.

Michael Buffer: And the opponent, she hails from St. Louis, Missouri….. Justice Orton-Cross!

Light a Fire begins to play over the pa system and then Justice walks out onto the ramp with her arms in the air. Her thumb, index finger, and pinky would also be point upwards on both hands as well. When the sentence “Let me light a fire in you tonight” plays she bends down a bit then straightens herself back out as pyro goes off. Justice continues to the ring with a smirk on her face before climbing onto the stairs. When she would get halfway onto the apron she turned her back to the ropes then did a backflip over them. With both feet on the ground, she would go over to each side of the ring smirking as the fans had mixed reactions towards her.

Sabrina Rossi Vs Justice Cross

Sabrina Rossi escapes to the outside to catch her breath. But as she does Justice steps onto the apron and dives off with a cross body onto Rossi and both land hard on the floor.

Michael Cole: A high risk move from Justice Cross who shocked the world a few months ago. Beating Sabrina and winning the Evolution Championship.

Jerry Lawler: I’m told Sabrina wants a rematch and is upset she hasn’t gotten one yet. You’d have to think with a win tonight XWF Management would have no choice but to grant her request.

Justice Cross goes to pick up Sabrina but Sabrina Rossi grabs her by the hair and pushes her into the fan barricade. Sabrina looks around and finds some wires connecting the announce table equipment. She grabs the wires and wraps them around the throat of Justice. The referee begins yelling at Sabrina to keep it clean and bring it back in the ring. Eventually Sabrina stops the assault and tosses Justice back in the ring. Sabrina Rossi goes for a pin now…

JBL: Perhaps that championship match between these two was a fluke.

Sabrina Rossi picks her up and suddenly Justice begins fighting back with big left and right punches. She irish whips Sabrina into the ropes and Orton-Cross fires with a huge clothline. Both women back up to their feet. Justice tries for another clothline but Sabrina Rossi ducked and nails a DDT. Rossi climbs up onto the turnbuckle now and waits for Justice to start getting up.
