Our show opens up live to a sold out crownd here tonight. It’s the final Inferno before Anarchy and the moment both our fans and superstars have been waiting for. The firworks shoot up from the floor and the fans cheer loudly for the start of the show. We circle around the arena and head down to commentary with our familar crew of Michael Cole, JBL, and Jerry “The King” Lawler.

Michael Cole: Welcome everyone to XWF Inferno and what a night we have for you. In less than 2 weeks Anarchy will be here but tonight, many of those superstars will have to focus their attention on the matches tonight.

Jerry Lawler: It’s easy to get caught up in bigger matches. I think we saw that last week when both Sheena and Slaine lost their respective matches. Both hoping to win tonight before they face each other.

JBL: Anything can happen in the XWF! If people think tonight will be a throw away show they’ve got another thing coming.

Michael Cole: Finally something we both agree on JBL. And it appears we are moments away from our first match. Preacher has had his hands full with Angel for months but tonight he takes on Brett Myles in singles action. Lets take you down to ringside and get things started..

Michael Buffer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. on his way to the ring first, weighing in at two hundred and five pounds…. Brett Myles!

“One Crazed Anarchist” blasts across the arena. We see Brett Myles walking onto the stage and the camera then pans around the arena. Brett walks down the ramp and heads into the ring as he prepares for the match.

Michael Buffer: And his opponent…he hails from Parts Unknown…..The Preacher!

The lights begin to flicker, and the screen flashes up bright white blinding everyone in attendance. The crowd automatically boo as the words ‘PREACHER’ come across the screen in big black bold letters, only briefly before being replaced by a black crucifix in the center of the screen. Smoke begins bellowing out from the entrance way eclipsing the XWF logo behind. No music plays as the lights turn to complete darkness, and a single spotlight shines down onto the stage.

Then, the dark figure of Preacher along with his beautiful valet, Mindy, step out from behind the smoke, as they make their way to the top of the ramp. Dressed head to toe in a dark suit, he begins slowly gliding down the ramp towards the ring. Fans boo him either side but children have a look of fear in their eyes as he walks past them. At the bottom of the ramp he stops, removing his suit jacket and tie and handing it over to Mindy to take care of. He then rolls into the ring, and stands in the center of the ring, arms wide in a cross position, as the lights come back on in the arena.

Preacher now lifts him up and hits him with a piledriver. Preacher with another cover…

Pin: 1……………………2………

Michael Cole: Only a two count but guys I think its safe to say that Preacher has been in control of this match the entire time.

JBL: And its not from lack of effort from Myles. Preacher seems more focused tonigh then I’ve ever seen.

Preacher picks up Myles and tosses him outside the ring now. Preacher picks him up and slam him into the announcers desk. Myles looking wobbly on his feet now and Preacher wastes no time irish whipping him into the fan barricade. Preacher soaks in the fan energy for a few seconds before picking up Brett Myles. Myles begins to fight back with a few punches to the midsection but Preacher nails him with a knee and tosses him again into the steel ring post. Preacher charges after him now but Myles moves away and Preacher hits the post hard. Myles rolls Preacher into the ring and picks him up. Brett Myles with a couple of kicks and then an enziguri. Preacher down in the middle of the ring and Myles begins to climb the top rope. He leaps off with the Myles High Club! and goes for the cover…

Michael Buffer: Your Winner of the Match by Pinfall…The Preacher!

The bell sounds and Preacher slowly rises to his feet. We see Mindy running inside the ring and wrapping her arms around him. Preacher takes his foot and puts it on top of Myles. He looks hard at the camera with a look of intensity in his eyes.

JBL: That is a man determined to right the wrongs of Angel.

Michael Cole: Give Preacher credit, he doesn’t back down from a fight. I dont know how ready Mindy is for this battle but Preacher is more than ready.

Jerry Lawler: Yeah but can anyone truly be ready for Angel?

Michael Cole: I dont think so King. However Anarchy will be here before you know it and as you might know folks, most of the superstars wrestling tonight will be a part of Anarchy and that includes one of our next competitors, Taylor Matthews.

Jerry Lawler: It’s great to see her back in XWF isn’t it?

Michael Cole: A suprise return that was almost cut short by Victoria Scott. I’m sure we’ll be talking about that more in just a few but right now lets take you down to the ring for the next match….

Michael Buffer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. On her way to the ring first, hailing from Philadelphia…..Victoria Scott!

“Again” by Flyleaf blasts through the arena…”The Bombshell” Victoria Scott walks down the ramp smiling as she walks down the ramp hugging fans then she climbs up on the apron and climbs into the ring

Michael Buffer: And her opponent, she makes her return to the XWF. She is a former multiple time womens champion and hails from Houston Texas….Taylor Matthews!

“So Called Life” by Montgomery Gentry plays as Taylor Matthews walks onto the stage. The fans jump out of their seats, excited to see the XWF Legend make her return. Taylor walks up the steel steps and climbs up the turnbuckle, raising her arms high in the air. Taylor jumps down and heads to her corner.

Victoria Scott Vs Taylor Matthews

The bell rings and Victoria Scott immediately drops Taylor Matthews and tries pinning her. Matthews kicks out right away though, not even getting a one count. Matthews locks Scott in a head-scissors on the ground but Scott quickly escapes. Both women are standing again now and Scott suplexes Matthews back down. A loud “Taylor” chant breaks out as Scott continues her beatdown of Taylor Matthews.

Michael Cole: It’s great to see Taylor back in the ring. Her last match was against Victoria and many thought it was a career ending match.

Jerry Lawler: Taylor landed on her head wrong during a german suplex and it caused the match to end short. The worse part is Victoria seemed happy about it.

Victoria Scott locks in an armlock on Matthews on the ground. Matthews eventually escapes but Scott continues to punish her. Scott lands a dropkick on a seated Matthews. Matthews rolls out to the floor to regain her composure. Victoria goes to the ropes and leaps off with a suicide dive that takes both women out. Victoria Scott rolls Matthews back in the ring.

JBL: These high impact moves can make or break you in that ring. Taylor has to be careful, she’s just returning to the ring and perhaps has some rust.

Michael Cole: I’m not sure if you’d say rust JBL, Taylor has always been ready to fight and I don’t think she’d return if she wasn’t ready.

Back in the ring, Matthews goes for a quick pinfall attempt…

Pin: 1………………………………..2……..

But Scott kicks out at two. Matthews slaps in a rear chinlock on Scott as the crowd claps for Scott to try and rally her into a comeback. Scott hits the ropes but Matthews catches her with a big kick. Taylor Matthews is in control of Scott in the ring, stomping away at her in the corner. Matthews locks Scott into a standing submission hold but Scott eventually escapes. Scott catches a kick attempt by Matthews and clotheslines her down. Victoria Scott picks up Taylor from behind and hits her with a german suplex.

Michael Cole: And there it is again. A german suplex from Victoria Scott and I think Victoria is trying to end her career. A sick display if you ask me.

Victoria Scott picks up Taylor and tries to go for another german suplex. Taylor hooks the leg though and keeps her from doing so. Victoria punches Taylor in the back inside and then goes to the rope. She tries for a clothline but Taylor counters it and lifts up Victoria. She tries going for the Matthews Effect! but Victoria Scott counters too and rolls up Taylor….

Michael Cole: What?! Are you kidding me?

Michael Buffer: Your Winner of the Match by Pinfall…..Victoria Scott!

JBL: I cant say I saw that one coming Cole.

Michael Cole: I don’t know if anyone did. Once again Victoria Scott has gotten the best out of Taylor Matthews and what does this mean for her going into Anarchy?

Jerry Lawler: Taylor was supposed to get a shot at the US title. Then a shot at the Evolution Title. Brandon Young has to be feeling good right now.

Michael Cole: Hold the phone just a second King. I’m getting word in my ear piece that the Evolution TItle match you wree just talking about? It’s going to be a Triple Threat now thanks to the win by Victoria. I’m told its going to be Taylor Matthews against Brandon Young against….Danielle Scott. How about that for a title match?

JBL: A big win for the Scott Family, not soo much for BY or Taylor. Their odds of winning just decreased in a matter of minutes.

:: COMMERCIAL BREAK ::

We return from commercial with Michael Buffer back inside the ring…

Michael Buffer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. On her way to the ring first, she hails from Joliet, Montana….The Montana Madpony….Sheena Montgomery!

“Drinking My Baby Goodbye” by the Charlie Daniels band begins playing over the PA system. Sheena then walks out, strutting, whirling, and twirling just totally into it as she makes her way down to the ring, stopping nearest the guardrail by the steps. She lets a fan, often a child, give her a quick good luck peck on the cheek, which she returns before shooting up the stairs and….

Michael Cole: What the hell?

Suddenly Sheena is attacked from behind by Sabrina Rossi with a steel chair. The fans boo loudly as Sheena wacks the chair over Sheen’a back once again. Sabrina yells a few words in her direction before irish whipping Sheena into the guard rail. Sabrina goes to toss her into the ring but Sheena starts to fight back with huge left and right punches. Sheena follows up with a super kick that sends Sabrina flying backwards and tripping over the steel steps. Sheena rubs her back, in pain from those chair shots as she slowly goes over to her opponent. Sabrina is righ there however and nails the chair again, this time over the head of Sheena and lays her out.

Sabrina Rossi Vs Sheena Montgomery

Sabrina tosses Sheena into the ring and orders the referee to count. The referee refuses to do so so Sabrina yells louder, intimidating the referee. Finally the ref does and heres a cover…

Michael Buffer: Your Winner of the Match by Pinfall…Sabrina Rossi!

The fans continue to boo as Sabrina picks up the steel chair and it appears this beating isn’t over yet.

Michael Cole: We need to get some help out here, Sheena never had a chance being attacked from behind.

Jerry Lawler: Looks like you might get your wish Michael!

Suddenly Daniel Slaine comes rushing out and down to the ring. Sabrina quickly exits from the ring and runs away through the crowd. Daniel Slaine picks up the steel chair and looks down at Sheena. He then proceeds to toss the chair away and then helps Sheena to her feet. Despite their arguing over the past few weeks it appears mutal respect is still there.

Michael Cole: Daniel wants Sheena at her best for Anarchy and what a match thats going to be?

JBL: Are you kidding me? Daniel waited until after Sheena lost to help her. I’ve never seen a more selfish person in my life.

Jerry Lawler: What?! Come on JBL he came out as soon as he could.

JBL: Wrong! He waited until she was beaten down so he could make heroic save. Daniel Slaine is a fraud!

Michael Cole: I have to side with King on this one. Daniel Slaine is a fighting champion and he didn’t want to see this happen. But its good that Daniel is out here because his match was scheduled next. Sheena Montgomery appears to be getting help to the back and Daniel Slaine remains in the ring. I’m getting word that Michael Buffer is going to start us with the next match…

Michael Buffer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Currently standing in the ring, the XWF World Champion…Daniel Slaine! And his opponent and making his way to the ring…Brandon Draven!

We see Brandon Draven heading down the ramp as the lights dim. He gets a mixed reaction from the crowd as he heads into the ring and goes to his corner.

Brandon Draven Vs Daniel Slaine

The bell sounds and Brandon Draven makes the first move, diving in. Slaine is prepared, getting him in a headlock. Slaine positions himself by replanting his feet. Draven uses his shoulder to push Slaine into the ropes. Once there, he throws him in, escaping from the headlock. Slaine comes back only to give Draven a shoulder block.

Michael Cole: There are few more prepared for every match than Daniel Slaine. There’s a reason he’s been the World Champion as long as he has.

JBL: And that title reign can quicly come to an end on Anarchy.

Daniel Slaine looks at Draven, who is laying flat on his back. Slaine drops back and hits the ropes, running full speed at Draven. Draven rolls over, making Slaine jump over. Draven springs up prepared as Slaine comes full speed. Draven jumps over Slaine as he ducks. Brandon Draven turns around, only to find a vicious clothesline from Slaine. The contact between Draven’s head and the mat is loud, and the crowd let’s him know it. Draven is holding his head rolling around in the ring. Daniel Slaine grabs him by the hair and pulls him up. He delivers a European uppercut that knocks Draven down. Slaine grabs Draven’s left leg and puts it in a crab. Draven begins to shout in pain. He is trying to move as fast as he can to get to the ropes, but Slaine won’t let him.

Michael Cole: A crab by Slaine could be deadly! He’s one of the better technicians in the XWF.

JBL: And one of the better backstabbers in this company.

Michael Cole: Would you stop it….

Finally, Draven makes it within inches of the ropes. He reaches with all he has, but is just a few inches away. The ref positions himself for a better view to see if he will tap out. While not looking, Slaine grabs a hold of a top rope, and uses it as leverage. Draven finally gets out of the hold though as Slaine exits from the ring. Daniel Slaine tries dragging Draven outside the ring but Draven kicks with his feet and pushes Slaine into the guard rail. Brandon back to his feet and he rushes to the ropes, leaping outside the ring with a suicide dive. Draven picks up Slaine and tosses him into the ring. Draven climbs the turnbuckle now and leaps off with a missle dropkick as soon as Slaine gets to his feet. Brandon Draven stalking now in the corner, watching Slaine slowly get up. Draven is already charging full speed at Slaine, hitting him with a spear into the corner. Brandon Draven springs up, and dropkicks him in the throat. He goes for the pin….

NO!! Daniel Slaine kicks out. He is holding his throat due to the dropkick. Draven meanwhile is holding his head and pulling his hair in disbelief. Draven stands back, and waits for Slaine to get up. After a moment, the crowd and arena is pumped and Slaine wobbly. Draven kicks Slaine in the mid section, and delivers an even flow DDT. Draven bounces up, and points to the top rope. Daniel Slaine is laid out cold a little bit before middle in the ring. Brandon Draven runs full speed and jumps to the top rope. He looks around the arena and raises his arm. . He jumps forward, ready to deliver an elbow drop. At the last possible moment, Slaine rolls over and lets Draven hit the floor. His elbow bounces over his head, and we can see Draven instantly grimace at the pain.

JBL: Come on Draven, you need to focus!

The crowd cheers. Slaine gets up, pissed off. He starts stomping away at Draven. He lifts him up by the hair, and kicks him in the stomach. He proceeds to set up for the KTFO! Slaine delivers his finisher and proceeds to pin….

Michael Cole: The champ does what the challenger couldn’t and picks up a win tonight. Not that you can blame Sheena for what happened.

JBL: I’m suprised he didn’t cheat in this match. How do we know he wasnt behind the attack of Sheena?

Jerry Lawler: Do we really have to listen to this?

JBL: It’s an honest question!

Michael Cole: Like I said earlier JBL, Slaine is a fighting champion and I have no doubts that both Sheena and Slaine will be ready for their match at Anarchy. But folks we have a lot more action for you tonight. The Evolution Champion Brandon Young is in action and that match is up next after a short commercial break…

:: COMMERCIAL BREAK ::

Michael Buffer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is for the Evolution Championship! On his way to the ring, the champion…Max Farrell!

“Coming Alive” by Dale Oliver begins to play as Max Farrell walks out onto the stage. He gets a strong reaction from the crowd as the fans cheer loudly for one of the big underdogs of XWF. He walks up the steel steps and enters the ring.

Michael Buffer: And the opponent, he hails from Douglasville, Georgia, weighing in at two hundred and fifteen pounds….Brandon Young!

Pretty Fly for a white guy by Offspring starts to play as Brandon Young comes out flanked by his posse of homies. Kyle, Franco, Leo, and Willie. They all pat Brandon on the back as they make their way to the ring. Brandon hops up on the apron hitting his chest with his fist. He climbs into the ring between the ropes.

Max Farrell vs Brandon Young

The bell sounds and this match is under way. The two tie up and Max Farrell clearly in control of this match as he ties up with Brandon Young and delivers and backbreaker to him quickly. Max dominates for a while until Young reverses him on the floor and whips him into the ring steps. Brandon Young is now in control of the action as the match returns to the inside of the ring. Young has Max Farrell where he wants him now, controlling and offensively dominating him for several minutes. Young hits a huge superplex on Max off the top-rope and goes for a pin.

Pin: 1……………………..

Michael Cole: Only a one count and JBL these two men have faced each other multiple times. What happens in matches like this?

JBL: I think its fair to say both men know each other very well. They know their strenghts, know their weaknesses. I reviewed the record books earlier this week and BY holds the leads in this rivarly.

Jerry Lawler: Which means Max Farrell might be even more determined to win tonight..

Brandon Young continues to dominate Max. Max Farrell gets a few hope spots in, but ultimately, Young cut him off each time and remained in control of the offense. Brandon Young punishes Max a bit longer until after a punch exchange, Max manages to start making his comeback. Max is picking up the pace in this match now, taking it to Young. The fight spills out to the floor where Max Farrell beats up on Young a bit more. Just when it seems like Max was in control, however, Young cuts him off on the floor and whips him into the barricade.

Michael Cole: Young isn’t backing down at all tonight and this has been a physical contest. You also have to wonder where Max’s head is tonight.

Back in the ring, Brandon Young is once again in control of the offense. The two quickly end up back on the floor again and Young continues to deliver more punishment. They end up on the top rope together. Instead of Young hitting a superplex, like he did earlier, Max is trying for one now. Brandon Young ends up knocking Max Farrell off the top. Before he can do anything, however, Max blasts Young with a punch and climbs back up top. In the end of all of this, Max ends up hitting Young with a huge Samoan Drop off of the top rope. As Max Farrell stands tall, waiting for Young to get up, the fans break out into a loud “XWF” chant. Max waits for Brandon Young to get up and he does but BY hits the Disrespectful Youngster! out of nowhere and both men are down. Brandon Young slowly crawling towards Max and goes for the cover….

Michael Buffer: Your Winner of the Match by Pinfall…..Brandon Young!

BY quickly rolls out of the ring and begins to celebrate. Max looks shocked at the loss and watches BY from inside the ring.

Michael Cole: That is exactly what Brandon Young needed as he heads into Anarchy the champion. So far tonight we’ve seen both the World and Evo Champions pick up the win while their challengers lost tonight.

JBL: That could be very telling about what we see at Anarchy.

Michael Cole: It certainly puts them at an advantage in my opinon.

Jerry Lawler: And they’ll take any advantage they can get.

Michael Cole: We have had a huge night of wrestling but its not over yet. It’s time for our Main Event of the evening. Angel is in action and that match is up next so lets take you down to the ring….

Michael Buffer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is our Main Event. Heading to the ring first…Aly Kay!

“The Champion in Me” by 3 Doors Down blasts across the arena as Aly Kay walks onto the stage. She gets a mixed reaction from the crowd as she walks down the ramp and heads to the ring.

Michael Buffer: And her opponent, she is the Queen of Darkness….Angel!

“Cry Little Sister” plays across the arena. The lights dim and the fog comes out from the arena floor. Angel slowly walks down the ramp, taking her time. She climbs up the steel steps and enters the ring. The lights come back on and the bell sounds.

Aly Kay Vs Angel

Angel and Aly Kay tie up as the match begins. Angel moves around behind Aly and nails her with a german suplex that sends her across the ring. Aly tries to crawl out of the ring but Angel grabs her by the pants and lifts her back up. Angel lifts Aly Kay up over her head and uses her like a bench press before hitting her with a military press slam. Angel gives off an evil grin as she now grabs aly by the throat and lifts her back up. Angel toys with her like a cat with a mouse before nailing her with a chokeslam. Aly Kay rolls outside the ring and she’s had enough. Aly catches her breath and yells at a fan who tells her to get back inside. Suddenly Angel grabs Aly Kay by the hair and lifts her up onto the apron. Aly with a desperate effort pokes Angel in the eyes and is able to escape. Angel is stunned for a second as Aly Kay climbs the top rope and leaps off with a dropkick. Angel is down and Aly with the cover….

Pin: 1……………

Kickout at one as Angel tosses her opponent off her. Aly stalking Angel now and waits for her to get up. Aly Kay charges at her but she runs right into a End of Days type move from Angel. Angel then gets back up and follows up with her Apocalypse! finisher before going for a cover…

Michael Buffer: Your Winner of the Match by Pinfall….Angel!

JBL: The Queen of Darkness shows why she is indeed…the queen.

Michael Cole: A message was sent tonight not just to Aly Kay but to Mindy and Pre…Preacher!!

As Angel is having her hand raised she’s attacked from behind by Preacher who nails her over the head with a bible book. The fans boo loudly as Mindy slowly enters the ring and watches on. Angel looks to be dizzy and slowly gets to her feet. Preacher nails her in the head again with the bible and Angel is out cold in the middle of the ring.

Jerry Lawler: That must be a heavy bible…

Michael Cole: It looks to be more than that…you’ve got to be kidding me….

Preacher opens up the bible and it looks like a hollow center has been made from the pages and inside the bible was a brick. Preacher tosses the brick to the mat and hovers over Angel as the fans boo more.

Michael Cole: Does this man have a death wish?

JBL: Not at all Michael, he’s facing evil head on and showing whose in charge.

Mindy looks down at Angel and slaps her in the face before yelling some words at her. Preacher exits from the ring and tells Mindy to join him. Mindy yells some more at Angel and eventually slaps her in the face again. Preacher tells her to again join him and Mindy finally agrees. She starts to leave when suddenly she feels something on her leg. She pauses and slowly turns around and see’s that Angel grabbed and now sits up. Mindy squirms and screams, finally breaking Angels grip as she escapes the ring and wraps her arms around Preacher. Angel stares at Preacher and begins to laugh. Preacher with a much more serious tone as he stares back at her and Inferno comes to a close.
